General F2000, F1600 Event prep: includes clean car and inspect for damages and frame cracks. Chassis nut/bolt check, suspension arms and rod end condition. Brake system check including; fluid levels, pad and disc condition. Engine check including; set valves hot (FF Kent & Pinto), check timing (on points cars), fuel, coolant and oil line connections, clamps, and condition. Engine oil & oil filter change. Gear change (when required) including visual inspection of internal parts removed during change (dog rings, bearings, gear sets, etc.). Coolant level check. Top off tank with race fuel. Drive axle joint fasteners, and boot check. Chassis alignment pad set-down and set-up including; ride height, toe, corner weights, camber, and wing angles. Shock adjustments are included. Shock re-valving, rebuilds & dyno testing are also services we are able to do in house.
Track Support is critical to ensure a successful event. We can get you there and take care of the details so you can concentrate on your driving and hone your racecraft, instead of wrestling with car preparation, track set up issues, and any other problems that may arise. Our Trackside support includes our race support equipment and a mechanic assigned to your car for service and repairs during the event. We also provide data analysis, engineering and driver coaching (if you desire) during the event.
